The Provincial Government of Cavite, under the leadership of Governor Athena Bryana Tolentino, distributed incentives for Barangay Health Workers (BHWs) and Barangay Nutrition Scholars (BNSs) for the third and fourth quarters of 2024. The ceremonial turnover of cheques amounting to ₱24,480,000 for BHWs and ₱9,384,000 for BNSs was held on December 4, 2024, at the Tagaytay International Convention Center in Tagaytay City.
Governor Tolentino together with Tagaytay Mayor Bambol Tolentiono personally handed over the cheques to Dr. Nonie John Dalisay, Provincial Health Officer along with some BHW and BNS. The event was graced by some members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod, who expressed their full support for the health and nutrition initiatives of the province.
